Tristan Scott

St Austell paid its last respects to local sporting legend Tristan Scott, who sadly passed away recently. The funeral at St Austell"s Holy Trinity church was full to capacity.

Luggers regatta

Mevagissey hosted a Regatta for 17 Luggers. These wooden fishing boats proved to be a star attraction and a big hit with locals and visitors alike.

Hospice Garden party

Cornwall Hospice care held a garden party in Mevagissey. The event opened by local author E V Thompson included a mixture of old and new entertainments for old and young alike

New uniform

Penrice College unveil their new school uniform which harks back to more traditional days with a shirt and tie rather than the polo/sweat shirts.

Race for Life

Bless "em all. Thousands of participants of all shapes, sizes, ages and abilities turn the Eden Project"s arena into a sea of pink as they raise money for this years Race for Life appeal.
